Restaurant 100 KM uses an amazing variety of local meats, seafood, cheeses, vegetables and fruit from within 100 kilometers to serve an acclaimed regional cuisine that was recognized on’s list of 100 in the country. The menu changes daily based upon what is fresh and organic, including handpicked additions like chanterelles. Each evening’s menu offers unique vegetarian, meat/poultry, and seafood entrées served with house-baked rustic artisan bread. Soups, salads and desserts are also all made in-house. From the sauce making to the plating, the attention to detail stands out, and the relaxed fine dining atmosphere is complete with panoramic mountain views from every table.
