Situated in a very rural setting 4 miles East of Baddeck, this lovely renovated farmhouse, parts of which date back to the late 1800’s, is tastefully decorated and has beautiful hardwood floors. It is a quiet place to sit and relax. We have eight rooms, seven with ensuite bathrooms and one with private bathroom across the hallway. Four of the rooms are ‘garden suites’ with air-conditioning and private entrances. Feel at home in our smoke-free environment with the quiet atmosphere of the countryside all around. Sit and enjoy the view from our veranda. We pride ourselves in very clean comfortable rooms and a wonderful hot buffet breakfast, which includes fresh fruit salad, muffins, cinnamon buns, cereals, juice, freshly brewed coffee and tea and a daily hot dish. Along with our Goldendoodle, KC, we look forward to welcoming you to our home for your Cape Breton experience. Our excellent central location makes Baddeck a perfect base for all Cape Breton day trips.
