Egypt Falls

Some reviews:
“A beautiful clearing with a view of three stunning steps of a waterfall. Very difficult hike, so pack light and bring water. Some areas are very steep, and the ground can be slippery or obstructed by roots. The trail has been improved and there are stairs in some areas to make the hike easier. The area where you can park has recently been expanded, but there are no formal parking spaces. One of the best free hikes I have done on the island”
“Egypt Falls is a captivating natural gem located along Pipers Glen Road in Scotsville, Nova Scotia. Nestled within the picturesque landscape of Cape Breton, this waterfall offers a serene escape into nature’s beauty. The falls are characterized by their cascading waters that tumble down moss-covered rock formations, creating a soothing and tranquil atmosphere. The lush surrounding forest adds to the enchanting ambiance, making it a popular spot for hikers, nature enthusiasts, and photographers seeking to capture its stunning scenery. While the falls might not be widely known on a global scale, they hold a special place for those who discover them, offering a moment of quiet contemplation and appreciation for Nova Scotia’s natural wonders.”
