The owner takes great pride in his food and lodgings. The chef Ruth Ann Hart’s nightly menu focuses on Atlantic salmon, lamb raised along the Margaree, and vegetables from the Normaway garden. Eat early on Wednesday in the summer. At eight o’clock the emcee introduces Cape Breton recording stars at the Normaway’s converted barn.”
