This two bedroom home is your perfect get-away. Located next to the quaint St. Paul’s Museum & Light House it over looks Dingwall Harbour. This home is cozy with new furniture and decorating throughout. Its your mid-way stop along the shorelines of the NE section of Cabot Trail. A grocery store (year around) and restaurant (seasonal) are within 10 minutes drive. Please note bookings made after June 2017 include 15% HST

We are only 5 km off the NE shorelines of the Cabot Trail and the perfect midpoint for hitting the most popular National Park trails.

Our cozy cabin is fully stocked with all the amenities you need. Everything from basic condiments, coffee/tea, linens, towels, dishes and even includes a dishwasher!! It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a bottom double bunk and single bunk on top. A cot and playpen are also available. The property overlooks Dingwall Harbour and is close to the wharf so you can purchase fresh fish when in season. 2 Kayaks, bicycles, lawn darts, picnic table, fire pit (and wood), bbq, bistro set and lawn chairs are available for guest use.

Open year round, our cozy housekeeping cottages and our executive guesthouse are a wonderful spot to soak in the million dollar view of the Bras d’Or Lakes, while sipping refreshments from your private covered verandah.

Located just two miles from the start of the Cabot Trail, these cottages and guesthouse at the centre of Cape Breton Island are perfect for the many day trips that have become synonymous with the Cape Breton experience. Travel the Island, and come home to a beer, a barbecue, and a bonfire – an August evening to remember. As a bonus, the shallow, calm river can be a perfect spot to swim for families with young children. Definitely pack sunscreen, beach shoes, and a picnic lunch!

The Village Manse Vacation House is a circa 1902 Victorian home that served as the Presbyterian Manse in Baddeck for many years, thus the affectionate recognition from any villager when you say you are staying at The Manse. Our vacation house is located in the village of Baddeck on Cape Breton Island and offers views of the Bras d’Or Lakes from our large deck.

Baddeck is home to Baddeck Bay, friendly villagers, charming shops, world-class golf, and is just a short distance off the legendary Cabot Trail, one of the world’s most famous scenic drives. We are conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants and cafés, the boardwalk, yacht club, tennis court, and sailing tours of the Bras d’Or Lakes as well as area attractions such as the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site and the Bell Bay Golf Course.
